came back on the 25.
was actually supposed to be back on the 24th but the flight got delayed so we arrived at 2am.
still tired): its been days! i think its because im sick

i guess one of the highlights of the trip was the food i tried.
i tried raw beef.
and raw llama
and raw sea urchin(something like uni)
the first 2 were ok. in fact, i really liked it.
it tasted just like mean but rawer. heh
but i really couldnt take the sea urchin.
i almost died.
it was the fishiest smell ever.
and they gave this gigantic plate.
so i hid some under the lettuce and pretended i ate a lotXP
couldnt disappoint the chef!

oh, and for two nights of our stay we were the only guests in the entire hotel.
recession.
but it was really cool. because its an all inclusive kind of stay so the hikes and food and excursions are all included.
and we were the only ones so we could practically ask for anything we wanted.

that was all in patagonia, chile.
then we went to ski!

and i must admit im having a lot of fun.

yes.
almost makes up for the travelling.

went skiing, im so proud of myself i skiied a black for the first time.
level 6 now(: thought id never get there
(yes, i boast blatantly)
oh, another thing i need to boast about. i did a 360 degree turn successfully!
i'd always failed before that and ended up going downhill backwards helplessly so this is quite an acomplishment for me.
oh, and my ski instructor has a broken rib O:

and the advertisements in america are FARNEY.
hohohohoho.(even my laugh has adapted to the festive season!)

i had the funniest girl in my class.
she's 10 and super cute
like she was saying that her "dad earns lots of money"and she's buying an expensive handphone but its really "cheap for her"and that her "house is so big its almost like a mansion"
boastful much?
but in a cute wayXP
and when she grows up she wants to go to university in israel
because she wants to become a rabbi when she grows up.
SHE'S SOO CUTE!


and i had the weirdest dream last night.
though im afraid i might insult one of the most famous politicians of the century so i shall not describe it here. sorryyXP

anway,
im tired.
after spending 3 days travelling here with endless flights.
singapore to tokyo
tokyo to washington dc
washington dc to buenos aires
buenos aires to santiago
santiago to punta arenas
3 hours car ride from punta arenas to puerto natales.
AND FINALLY our DESTINATION!

yes. so immediately after that, we cycles around the town.
the day after that went on a 6 hours hike, most of it being uphill.
then the nest day another 6 hour hike for 14km
and the last day horse riding which is causing my butt to seriously hurt):
buutt. the scenery is awesome.
and i fell in love with my horse. it was the tallest and beautiful
it was black with the white diamond shape on its face. superr pretty!
its nickname was devil though i have no idea why.
it was a vwery guai horse.
and i got to trot(:

and now im back at punta arenas.
tomorrow is another flight!

just came back from camp
it was
tiring
because there was so much training
and the morning runs almost killed me.
they were like 9 rounds of interval running.
and circuit physical is really tiring):



but i loved the games
and the bonding
and the cleaning up of the store.
and our not-so-secret-society meetingsand the sleeping conditions were surprisingly comfortable.
it felt like sleeping on my own bed. maybe because i brought my pillow.
the PILLOW makes all the difference.
on the second night i only woke up once
and the bathing conditions are quite nice too. refeshing cold water.
and toilets are clean because its holidays.
and because the aunty keeps cleaning it.
we had.. eventful experiences with the cleaning aunty. heh



there was this game which miss chua planned.
it was super fun but super messy.
the worst thing was that we had already bathed.
first, we had to go around the bat 10 times. then ballance a ball on the bat and run to the other side of the bamboo courtyard.
then we had to use our mouths to take out a quail egg from a bowl of water and put it in a cup
then use our mouth to take out a tic tac from a bowl of flour and put it in a cup
that was horrible because i counldnt breath at all. the flour went up my nose, got stuck in my braces, hair and covered my whole face because it was wet from taking the egg from the water
oh, and the egg that i had to take up was broken.
so i was super freaked out. luckily i didnt taste any yolk.
anyway, during that short period of time i felt like i was drowning. hahaha.
after that esabelle crushed a quails egg on my back.
my whole leg was covered in yolk!
PLUS , we had already bathed. and there wasnt time to bathe again.

miss chua also came up with this game where we had to dress up someone from our team using things that we could find in the bamboo courtyard and outdoors.
so we dressed shi qi up. she was rather excited.
we put leaves in her hair
and made her pull her shorts really high.
then we put weeds inside. so they stuck out. that was really funnyXP
and we stuck a paper tail in her shorts too. hahaha.
and paper flaps to her glasses.
and a leaf bracelet.
and she carried a broom
she called herself the QUEEN OF NATURE
aha!




each group had to come up with a performance.
all the groups did cheers.
our group (doraemon) did a cheer where i sacrificed my life for the team. YAY!
i just realised how funny shi qi wasXD
she did the stupidest things and the weirdest actions.
and after i "died" i couldnt stop laughing.
so i was having becky's so called spaz attacks on the floor!
but i still think the funnest part was the incredible's performance when becky came out and said that she was mrs incredible.



another game we played was DOUBLE WACKO!
and the coaches played with us too.
when for some unknown reason, when i was standing behind coach jia min, and someone called her name, i said "stacey!"
but stacey wasnt even at camp):
she's in church camp. or is it japan?
i must miss her a lot




miss tan had to be the wacko person 12 times because everyone kept saboing her.
and i had 5 times):
deborah 4 timeswe had to write our names with our butts.

after we cleaned up the stall i felt a great sense of achievement.
we sweeped the floor 4 times mopped it 3 times
wiped the table 3 times
wiped the shelfs 2 times
scrubbed the bases, bats, baskets and tee stands
scrubbed the balls and labled them
fixed and cleaned the helmets
threw away rubbish
counted eveything
put everything back neatly
i scrubbed the tee stands until my hands hurt




then we ate pizza for the final lunch! (:
miss chua bought 2 teams(including doreamon) bubbletea for wining games.

went to pray and praise service yesterday since it was fellowship sunday.
then off for lunch with small group!
we ate at subway.
and i couldnt finish half a footlong!
i usually can.
diana was " collecting" cookies for her sisterXP

then we headed off to her house.
so we took taxi there.
but there were 9 people!(including iris)
so we tried to split 5, 4.
we thought tried to sneak 5 people into the taxi
so i tried to get in with diana, kelly, nicole and becky.
but the taxi driver said no):
so i ran to the taxi with iris, benedict, ethan and douglas but the taxi driver said no):
then iris came out to take taxi with me. but then diana came out of the other taxi.
so i went into benedict, ethan and douglas's taxi.
but felt really bad! like i chased her out of the taxi or something):
so she and diana took a separate taxi.
ahhhh):

oh well, at least the taxi ride was quite funny.
we kept trying to guilt trip the taxi driver for not letting 5 people sit inside.
they were saying how he tore our "family apart" and how it felt like " being stabbed in the heart"
and "how would he feel if his family got torn apart"
heh.poor taxi driver.


at diana's house tried to teach everyone how to play bridge but it was a failure):
so we played monopoly.
but gave up half way.
and i had to leave at 2. so i left when they watched a movie.
except that i cant even remember what the movie's called.


my mother made me watch this snow white play/musical thing by wild rice.
it was a mix of a childhood tale and a political satire.
quite entertaining i guess.

escape with jeanne, colette and glenda on saturday!
i left my house at 12.20. my mother drove me to newton. then i took mrt to cityhall were i met jeanne. then we took mrt all the way to pasir ris then took taxi from there to escape.
and when we reached there it was 1.40.
that's 1h and 20 mins just to get there. and if i had to take bus to newton it would have taken me even longer.
i always thought escape was quite scary. the last time i went there was in p4 or something.
so we went on all the supposedly "scary" rides but it was the most anti-climatic experience ever.
hahaha. oh well, maybe i was tiny that's why it was so scary.
the funnest one was the family ride. the tiny rollercoaster one! it was super jerky. i thought my head would fall off. but my backbone hurt a lot with the bumpy ride.
for the wet ride i sat with glenda and jeanne sat with col because me and jeanne wanted to sit at the back. we're such bullies):
and whenever the boat thing went uphill all the water would flow down the boat to my butt.
so my but was really wet.

and the splash was super big. i got wet all over even for the first plunge.
i thought i wouldnt get wet for the first plunge coz all the people i was watching didnt. but i was soo soaked. it was quite shocking.

ohoh! and the haunted house!
first time going in there.
poor jeanne): i was clinging on to her the whole time.
first i was with glenda. but we were both scared so i ended up with jeanne.
the only scary part was the people with the gorilla masks and the white cloth.
the gorilla person touched me and i freaked out.
it was super funny because the person said "eh, my picture!"
and he had a really high voice. so we started laughing.
but the funniest was when col's umbrella got stuck in the curtain.
i laughed until my stomach hurt.
